COMPANY BACKROUND
The company was founded by ZORHA KHAN in 2007,a previously disadvantaged female after a very successful track record and professional partnership of over 10 years in another company called Etsoseng Developers. ZORHA KHAN DEVELOPERS CC was established to become the best woman developer in Limpopo.Our aim is to deliver a high quality project on agreed time frame.ZORHA KHAN DEVELOPERS CC was established to break new grounds in the Development, Construction and Civil Engineering Field.

With our highly skilled personell and our resources we are capable to deliver a high quality project withinin agreed time-frame.We are registered with NHBRC and we have 8GB PE,7CE PE CIBD rating To date we have completed projects worth over R200 million since 2007 which among others includes over 2700 housing units within various municipalities and Limpopo Department of Co-operative Governance,Housing Settlement and Traditional Affairs.Through our excellent team we have managed to scoop various AWARDS within The Department namely Best Woman Developer of the year(2000),Govan Mbeki Award 1st runner-up(2008) and Govan Mbeki best Woman Developer Award(2012).
